Using Microsoft Word:
Write an autobiography of yourself. Include the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your birth date and place
  3. Your immediate family members
  4. Where you live and for how long
  5. List all of the places you have lived and why you and your family have moved (if ever)
  6. Pets
  7. Hobbies
  8. Interests
  9. Goals for the future
  10. Other facts about yourself

Your autobiography must be in complete sentence form and at least 8 sentences in length. Font style is optional but font size must be no greater than 18.  You may choose to use word art for your title to show your own creative style! This page will be saved in my documents and you will call it "your name" auto. Example:leonardauto
When you are finished do not close out of the program. Minimize Word to the task bar and open Paint.

PAINT:
Open your paint project that was your self portrait and complete. You are going to use this in your autobiography. To import your picture from paint into word use the following steps:

  1. Choose the "select tool" and draw a box around your portrait.
  2. Go to edit and copy
  3. Click on your word document at the task bar to maximize (bring forward so you can work on it).
  4. Paste your picture into your word document by going to edit - paste or ctrl+v (same operation).
  5. Move your picture in your document and resize as needed. Your final project should be only one page long.
  6. After you have imported your picture save your work

Do a print preview before you print it off. If everything looks ok then print one (1) copy. If you need to make changes then close from print preview and edit as needed (before printing).
Turn in your final copy for a grade.
