How are people selected to be on the front of a magazine? Is it their performance, their intelligence, their skills, or their beauty? In this project, you will figure this out. This project is due on January 16, 2009.
Assignment:
3.) ___Next, write a short paragraph (5 sentences) to list why you think your person should be on the front of a magazine. Begin by answering what you have to do to be recognized on a magazine and then justify why you think your person has satisfied the requirements.
4.) ___Lastly, design your "magazine cover" using a piece of computer or construction paper. On the front, include a picture of the person, the person's name, and the name of the magazine. Make it colorful and neat! No pencil. Include one motto to persuade your audience into thinking your person would be the best to place on the front of the magazine.
5.) ____On the back, include your 10 facts and your paragraph to present to the class on computer or construction paper. Make it nice and neat; no pencil.
