Where does World History take me!?

We can better understand the world we live in, and therefore, avoid costly mistakes along life's way.

We can understand ourselves better.

We can understand each other better.

We can enjoy great stories from the past.

...and we want to be an educated people.

What are we DOING?

GET READY!!! – We are now getting ready to head into the study of the early African people.  We will be doing a special activity with Ms. McCullough to kick off this study.  Next will be the "very early" Americas.

VERY CREATIVE!!! – We just had some great discussion groups led by our new group leaders.  Way to go!  Good thoughts were shared during this group time, and I witnessed a great deal of participation!  Keep it up!

EXCELLENT WORK!!! -  Those students who are tutoring are doing a great job of encouraging fellow class members.  Students are working hard to visualize terms necessary to our studies.  The discussions have been outstanding!

REMEMBER! - Do your own work! 

What is COMING UP?

Each student should be keeping his/her work in a folder labeled Social Studies and stored in the main binder.  There will be a folder check every so often.
